2026-2027 Fundraising Opportunities

Fundraising opportunities are provided to help you and your student cover the costs of Marching Band and band trips. Fundraisers offered directly to students provide the greatest return to their individual student accounts, so sell as much as you want and use the funds for next year’s fees, trips and if graduating, transfer the money to siblings or donate it to the Angel Fund to help another deserving student.

We’ve done the math! The competitive season (from July to November) costs a great deal to operate the band. Here's what your donor’s contribution will provide:

Uniforms, Costumes & Props: Ensuring our band looks and performs their best.
Travel Expenses: Enabling students to participate in competitions and events.
Entry Fees: Allowing us to compete at various events.
Equipment: Keeping instruments and gear in top shape.
Clinicians: Bringing in expert coaches to enhance our band's skills.
Food, Water & Snacks: Fueling our students during practices and performances.
